Recently I have gained A LOT of weight.
I still remembered during my sophomore year in high school, I weighed only 43kg.
And now I'm already 50kg--- Meaning I'm FAT!
Although the BMI is still in "Normal" category, but I always feel as if I'm OBESE!

ReplyDeletemaybe you not eat and drink sweet food and drink, less fatty foods, less carbohydrates foods, and eat fruit and vegetables, and don't eat over 6 p.m. (my sister's doctor solution)

ReplyDelete161cm and 50kg is just fine. Being in the normal category is wat everyone want. you won't wana be under, like me. Ppl will think u r anorexic. haha. But best is to eat more during breakfast, light lunch and perhaps if u can stand, skip dinner. :)
ReplyDeleteOwh. Me too. I'm also on diet. I had reached 57kg during my heaviest time. N I'm only 165cm. I had diet since las few months n I'm now 53kg n te scale don't seem to go southward. Help me. I wana b 47kg..
ReplyDeleteI don't nothing about diet, I eat what I want and 50 kg is not too much...In Norway most woman are over 170 cm and 50 kg is skinny...
