Kiss Me BB Cream & Liquid

Here is a famous Japanese brand which is easily available at Watsons, Sasa and Guardian Malaysia.
So when Mandom Malaysia approached me for this review, I'm more than pleased to do so.

#1 Kiss Me HEROINE MAKE Essence In BB Cream is a multi-functional make-up base cream. It covers imperfection that you can go without foundation.

It provides 7 effects.
  • Corrects erose pores
  • Repairs and reduces dullness
  • Acts as liquid foundation
  • Protects against UV rays
  • Relieves dry skin
  • Controls oil
  • Absorbs excess sebum and prevents make-up from coming off

Containing super-hyaluronic acid and nano collagen, it allows you to retain skin’s moisture while applying make-up. The SPF30 PA++ product protects against UV rays. It does not contain perfumes or mineral oil. The natural skin colour is compatible with the skin of Japanese.

Color: Comes in 1 shade (Beige)
Texture: Creamy
Scent: Scentless

After dabbing into the skin, it sets into my skin easily. Here's the comparison before and after applying the BB Cream. The accuracy of color may vary subject to the brightness of setting.

Pros:
#1 Good coverage on the skin.
#2 I only need to apply in a small amount due to its creamy texture.
#3 It is able to cover my pores.

Cons:
#1 Frankly speaking, if you have oily skin, don't opt for this.
#2 Despite of the nice glow, my skin becomes oily after long hours.

#2 Kiss Me HEROINE MAKE Matte BB Liquid is the liquid form of BB Cream, especially for oily skin.

It hides 7 skin problems to beautiful skin:
  • Unsightly pores
  • Dullness
  • Freckles
  • Spots
  • Unwanted shine
  • Dryness
  • Sunburn

Color: Comes in 1 shade (Beige)
Texture: Liquid
Scent: Scentless

Blending the BB liquid, it is suitable for my skin tone and doesn't leave me with an oil-coated forehead even after 6 hours. Since it is a matte finish product, you have to work quickly on one area before moving to another.

Pros:
#1 Super matte effect!
#2 Only a small amount needed for a light coverage.
#3 Controls oil very well.

Cons:
#1 Moderate coverage due to its liquid form.
#2 Appears cakey if you apply a tad too much.

In short, I'd prefer the BB Cream for my dry skin type for a fuller coverage. Still, both products do work well on my skin and somehow better than some other brands I've tried!

  4. I tried quite a number of BB-cream, but aft sometime I dislike their finishing. Either it's too dark, or too white. It gives me the "dry" effect, whereby ppl will comment that I have really dry skin. But it's actually the BB cream that's causing it.

I have combo skin but this bb cream looks really easy to apply and it doesn't look mask like or extremely white either which is a plus! good review :p

  8. I am currently using a Tawanese product for facial UV coverage. I find BB cream clogging pores. I am oily skin type.

  9. I liked using BB creams (feels like they helped my skin) but it emphasizes my dry skin, makes me oily later and are all too fair for me
