Review: Biomedics 1 Day Extra Toric Contact Lens

Hi lovelies! Are you a contact lens wearer or intending to be one? I remembered 10 years ago contact lens is not so popular in Malaysia as many people would have the fear of inserting a transparent piece of lens into the eyes. Each tinted hydrophilic 14.5mm contact lens is securely stored in buffered saline solution. 

Once opened, you should wear it immediately to prevent prolonged exposure to the bacteria in the air. 

This transparent lens is slightly bigger than the usual 14mm lens I wear, and also has a thicker surface that makes it easier to wear. Remember to wear it only after cleansing your hands and before putting on makeups. 

Although it is colourless, I find that the lens give a minimal enlarging effect to the eyes. This toric lens is able to correct my vision perfectly especially during night time. No more blurred vision while driving at night! 

Love the natural look as if I'm having bare eyes there! You can't really tell if I'm wearing the lens, except if you observe closely to the translucent blue ring around my eye balls.

For the first few pairs I try, my eyes feel more 'refreshed' and the best thing about it is, the comfort can last up to 11 hours! It's an excellent upgrade for existing 1 day wearers, but a great starting point for me as I've always wanted to try the extra convenient 1 day lenses.
