Fishee Coffee @ Bukit Jalil, KL

Fishee Coffee. A name that attracts me when I first heard about it. Many have asked if I am one of the owners here, but unfortunately no. Well, nevertheless I am a fan of this lovely cafe :) Guess why? Keep reading!

I am very particular about the noise level in every cafe I visit, and I am glad that Fishee Coffee is a perfect hideout for me to spend a quiet afternoon here amidst the cozy and comfortable ambiance.

Here you can make yourself at home, whether you wanna sink into the fluffy sofa, or to sit by the window enjoying bright natural sunshine to keep the mood light. Every nook and corner here is so beautifully decorated that it becomes very picture worthy especially for Instagrammers.

It serves plenty of signature toasts as the primary item on its menu, as well as a small selection of cakes and waffle for the peckish customers and fruit juices for the non-caffeine drinkers.

Fishee Dream Chocolate @ RM12.00

I skip my daily dose of caffeine this time, and opt for the signature chocolate drinks instead. Rich and foamy, it is a cup of comfort on its own. Not too sweet for my liking.

Eggee-Ham Toast @ RM13.00

One of the energy-boosting toasts we try is topped with basic breakfast goodies such as egg, cheese, ham and vegetables. Slicing through the toast reveals the crisp crust, followed by the soft pillowy texture inside. Simple, soul-comforting and tummy-filling :)

As for the dessert, first timers must try the signature Fishee Ball, a whole piece of fresh thick cheese coated with premium dark chocolate on a base of crushed Oreo cookies. The quirky name and presentation surely tempt me to try it out too, especially when I am a cheesy lover. 

Every bite is so thick and creamy! Sharing is recommended if you don't want
to overstuff yourself with cheese unless you are a true fan of cheese.

Verdict:

1. Nice place to chill with friends or to work alone quietly especially during weekdays when the crowd is lesser.

2. Food, drinks and ambiance are great but if I were to have any complaints at all, it would be the parking issue here during working hours. 

3. Recommended: Fishee Ball
