2013私房菜 中式料理 Stash Recipes Chinese Cuisine @ Klang

It's food hunting day and this time we manage to search for this Chinese restaurant in Klang--2013 私房菜 Stash Recipes Restaurant which brings us a myriad of flavours closest to home.

It is quite rare to see a Chinese restaurant operating till late night (2-3am), but here you can enjoy your late night meal and karaoke singing till midnight. Just chill around there after dinner and enjoy the late evening vibes here.

Signature Pork Trotter in Vinegar Sauce (私房豬腳醋)

Some of the signature dishes here feature the use of high quality pork,
combined with different condiments to bring out the homey Chinese flavours.

Sweet and Sour Pork Served on Ice (冰镇咕噜肉)

Another dish that caught my attention is the appetizer-- Sweet and sour pork diced in cubes and served on a bed of ice. Unlike the traditional version which is served hot, this porky dish is more refreshing and does not feel oily / fatty on the palate at all. Yummy!

Pork Ribs in Yam Gravy (芋头排骨)

If you prefer something with more gravy, the pork rib coated with creamy yam gravy
is recommended as it does not feel dry on the mouth.

Classic Pork Trotter (豬腳醋)

Some may love the heavy aroma of vinegar to open up the palate, so why not give this a try?

The video above features Serene Lim (林宣妤), the first runner-up of 2017 Miss Chinese
International Pageant 2017 (国际华裔小姐竞选), doing a quick review at this restaurant.

Some of the dishes featured in the video include poultry (龍井煙熏雞), beancurd (招牌豆腐羹),
seafood (上湯啦啦 , 巴丁魚) and pork dishes (芋泥排骨 , 古早味豬腳醋)

If you are looking for homey Chinese cooking in Klang, now you know where to head to.
